  • At HOPE, every cake is lovingly handcrafted and designed – by people, not machines. We do our best to match the colors and designs in the photos exactly, but slight variations are possible.
  • If fresh flowers are included, their stems are carefully wrapped in foil for safety reasons.
  • Decorative figures that were not specially ordered handmade from fondant are not edible.

 

  • Always carry the cake from the bottom to the middle – do not press the sides together.
  • Transport the cake on the floor of an air-conditioned car, not on the seat.
  • Refrigerate the cake immediately upon receipt.
  • Before serving, remove the cake from the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for about 45 minutes in winter or 30 minutes in summer.

Keep the cake away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat to prevent it from collapsing.
