- Always carry the cake from the bottom to the middle – do not press the sides together.
- Transport the cake on the floor of an air-conditioned car, not on the seat.
- Refrigerate the cake immediately upon receipt.
- Before serving, remove the cake from the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for about 45 minutes in winter or 30 minutes in summer.
Keep the cake away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat to prevent it from collapsing.
We prepare each cake according to the allergy information you provide. However, please note that we do not have a separate kitchen for gluten-free or allergen-free products. Therefore, all our cakes may contain traces of gluten, milk, eggs, and nuts. If you or the recipient have severe or life-threatening allergies, we advise against ordering for safety reasons.
